What is the process to connect to my HighLevel Account?

Can I add contacts to a spreadsheet?
Yes, if you are utilizing our Google Sheet version of our software and you are all setup properly, then you should see new contacts being added as a row on your google sheet that you have designated for our software to utilize.
Is there a way to add duplicate contacts?
Yes, if you are using High Level, simply goto settings and find “Allow duplicate contact”, and make sure the slider is set to Yes.
How do I use this application on my phone?
Simply visit our website - https://www.aibizcardscan.com on your phone web browser and click on the Log-in navigation link.
Can I add contacts directly to a CRM?
Currently, we are only compatible with GHL. If you are using that CRM then when you are all setup, and you scan in your first business card, it will directly land into GHL as a new contact. You might need to refresh the screen if you don’t see the new contact right away.
Can multiple users log in and scan cards?
Yes, that is not an issue. However do realize that all the contacts will go into the same GHL account or one Google Sheet. Individual accounts are required to have separate destinations.
Can I bulk upload cards?
Currently it is only one business card upload at a time. We will be adding this feature in a future update.
How do we add the business card image to the contact on HighLevel?
Within your GHL account:
- Go to Custom Fields link
- Add a new custom field
- Pick file_upload for a field type
- Click next
- Enter any field name you like
- Leave every other field with it default value
- Click save.
Will it process International Business Cards?
No. At this time our AI is trained on US based addresses.
Do you have any automations for HighLevel that work with AI Biz Card Scanner?
We are in process of creating an automation for a drip campaign, we will be emailing everybody when it becomes available.
Do you support SalesForce?
Not at this time, but we are working to make more CRM integrations available in the future.
Where are the Card Images stored in my HighLevel Account?
We utilize the GHL Media services to store your business card images. along with all your other media images and videos.

How do I add a contact to an email drip campaign?
You will need to setup automation with GHL, we will be releasing a snapshot that you can download, which will setup the automation for you, however you will need to edit the automation for your specific needs.
Can I scan both sides of a card?
Currently we do have that feature available, however what you can do is ask for two cards and you can take a picture of both cards (front and back) at the same time. Our AI will be able to utilize both card information.
Can it scan handwritten text?
Yes, if the handwriting is legible, the AI will be able to decipher it.
What if I run out of scan credits?
Simply visit our site and goto our pricing page, then on the bottom you will see a link for pre-paid pricing. Here you can purchase the add-on pack, give us a few hours and afterwards your account will be topped off. You can also signup for one of our bigger monthly plans that fit your needs better.
How do i find your app in the HighLevel Marketplace?
Search for “AI Biz Card Scanner”. If you can not find it there, this feature may not be activated by the agency you get your GHL from. You can use the link below to access the marketplace on the web, Search for “AI Biz Card Scanner” and install from there.
What if I can't find your app in the HighLevel Marketplace?
Our app is only searchable in sub-accounts, so if you an Agency, make sure to login to one of your sub-accounts and search for “AI Biz Card Scanner”.
Do you have a free trial?
We currently have a beta tester program, please inquire about how to get free access at [email protected]
I have to log in every time I use the app?
App will timeout and logout after a few hours for security so when you come back again you will need to log back in.
Do you support NetSuite?
Not at this time, but we are working to make more CRM integrations available in the future.
Do you support SAP?

Can I segment my leads into different buckets?
We are working on this feature, and will be released in our next update
How do I categorize my business card scans?
You will have to reinstall the latest version of our software, by visiting the marketplace. Once that is completed you will notice a dropdown below the upload button that contains the current tags you have available in your High Level account. You can pick one from the drop down or add a new tag. Once you have selected a tag, then hit upload. This action will assign the tag you picked along with the contact you created within High Level.
